Project Management Office

The EU Liaison Office based at the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Universität Hannover has been responsible for the provision of research support services related to EU research funding programmes to seven higher education organisations, including the MHH, in the Hannover/Hildesheim region since 1992. These support services include a project management service, USER-M (http://www.dezernat4.uni-hannover.de/user-m.html), which specialises in project management for EU-funded projects with a particular focus on the Framework Programmes. To date, the USER-M project management service has been involved in the management of four projects in FP6 and six projects in FP7, including two currently at the negotiation stage at the time of writing.

The EU Liaison Office at the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Universität Hannover (LUH) will act as a central project management office for the ESPOIR project, providing support in all aspects of administrative and financial management of the project and in the development and implementation of the project’s dissemination strategy. These tasks are carried out in close cooperation with the MHH as project coordinator.
